Talent Identification
We look for players with potential and help them understand what is required to progress in
football.
Competitive Football
We provide players with opportunities to train and compete through academy football, friendly
matches and organized competitions.
U23 Development Pathway
Our U23 team provides an important bridge between youth academy football and senior
competitive football.
International Player Opportunities
Dubai is an international sporting environment, and our organization welcomes talented players
from different backgrounds who want to experience football development in the UAE.
Football Exposure
We aim to create opportunities for players to be seen through competitive matches, tournaments,
friendly games and our football network.
Education Through Sport
We believe football is not only about becoming a better player. It is also about developing
discipline, responsibility, teamwork, confidence, respect and leadership.
